Sfnith Counsel Legal Services Branch Ministry of Community & Social Services HEARING March'l8, 1993 -- ‘I 2 The Board released its award in the above matter on November 25, 1991. The Board reconvened a further hearing on April 30.1992 due to difficulties being incurred in implementing the decision. Consequently, the Board released a further decision in May, 1992 clarifying its earlier decision. The Board was again requested to reconvene a further hearing and did so on March 18, 1993 and was informed that the parties had been encountering difllcultles in arriving at a monetary amount that was owing to the grievor. During the course of the proceeding on kuch 18.1993 the parties arrived at a mtitually acceptable settlement whereupon the Union sou&t such settlement to be made an order of the Board. The Employer agreed that the settlement be made an order of the Board. Accordingly, the Board orders that the following Terms of Settlement be incorporated into this decision and be made a part thereof. TERMS OF SJiXTLJZMEN’l- (1) Retroactive wages Feb. 26 = June 7, 1992 (2) StatutoI$ Holidays lost (3) Vacation Credits lost (4) Interest Total due Less stat deductions $10,480.80 $ 2,964.84 $ 1.992.10 $ 1.836.91 $17.274.65 To be Paid April 22, 1993. 3 The foregoing Terms of Settlement hereby form part of the decision.
