Renton EMPLOYER Counsel Legal Services Liquor Control Board of Ontario HEARINGJanuary 5, 1999 Board Order At the commencement of the hearing on January 5, 1999, the union requested an order that the employer produce to it, the personnel files of all of the incumbents who had received notice of this proceeding. The Board is satisfied that the personnel files may contain information relevant to the issues in these grievances. Accordingly, the Board hereby orders that the personnel files in question be produced to the union as soon as practicable. The union shall treat the information contained in those files with confidentiality and use the same solely for the purposes of this proceeding.
