The Union shall have access to the Data Room referred to in the RFP for Central North Correctional Centre for the purpose of reviewing the following documentation only: (a) Description of the classification system and mechanism; (b) Details of the food services to be provided; (c) Proposed menu (Cook Chill Centre); (d) Performance Framework: Standards of Operation and Performance Outcomes for Adult Institutions (Draft); (e) Trilcor Linen Services; and (f) Trilcor Product Catalogue; 2. The Union shall identify which of the above documentation , or portions thereof, it wishes copies of. The Ministry will then provide a copy of such documentation to Union Counsel. 3. Union counsel will maintain possession of all documentation provided. In the event that additional copies are made for working purposes, Union counsel shall also maintain possession of those copies. At the close of the hearing any working copies of the documents shall be destroyed and Union counsel shall maintain a single copy only of such documentation in his files. 4. The Union and counsel shall not use the documentation provided, or the contents of the documentation, for any purpose other than litigation of this grievance.
