Decision
Upon the agreement of the parties, this matter was scheduled to proceed before
me by way of written submissions. Submissions were not received from the Union
in accordance with the time line established.
The Employer has requested that the grievance be dismissed. There has been no
response by the Union to the Employer’s request in this regard. The Employer’s
request is granted and the grievance is hereby dismissed.
