Grievance Settlement Board #341/82
1. Notwithstanding the right of the Ministry to classify
positions and apply article 5.4 of the Working Conditions
Agreement, the Ministry agrees to revert Messrs. Gilders,
Sawiak, Matson and Tayler to.Technician 3, Road Design,
pending resolution of the reorganization for the planning
and design section in northwestern region.
The 1.corganization will be implemented by December 31,' 1982.
Such action will not be deemed as conceding that the
present duties and responsibilities of the grievers .meet
the standards of the Technician 3, Road Design classification.
The Ministry also agrees to meet with OPSEU representatives
on or before December 1, 1982 to review their reorganization
plans.
2. OPSEU agrees to withdraw the above grievances on behalf
of the griever.
