As this matter is now to proceed before another panel
of the Board, it is appropriate to record two interim rulings
which were delivered on the first day of hearing which were as
follows:
1. The Employer is directed to produce to the Union the
competition documents relating to the applicants for the
vacancy other than the Grievor and the successful applicant
for such documentation was previously provided.
2. As is customary, the Union is directed to proceed with its
evidence first.
