This Board hereby issues an'order incorporating the terms
of the Minutes of Settlement attached hereto as Appendix 'A'.

/ MINUTES 'OF SETTLEMENT
The Union, the Employer and the grievor agree to settle the 'above'matter on the following terms, namely:
1. The Employer agrees to reinstate the grievor as a casual
employee in Metropolitan Toronto in the area north of
Highway 401, south of Steeles Avenue,' east of- Yonge Street and west of Highway 404 as' selected by'employer
effective Monday;January 16, 1995, including store #555 located in the Centerpoint. Mall.

There'shall be no compensation paid to the grievor
arising from this grievance. :
The grievor's seniority shall be 3650 hours being his
seniority at ,the time he last worked for:the Employer.as
a casual employee in 1992.' ' :
This settlement is without prejudice or precedent to the
position of any of-the parties to this proceeding.
The Union agrees that it will not process any grievance
filed by any other employee'as a result of the.grievor's
reinstatement. 8.
The.Union and the grievor hereby withdraw the grievance.
The grievor will sign.a casual data sheet indicating his
availability. for work 'at the store 'to which he is
reinstated.. "
The parties request that the G.S.B. issu'e these..Minutes-
of-settlement as a consent order of the Board.'
