Decision
[1] Having heard the representations of the parties and reviewed the documentary evidence,
and on the understanding that there will be a regular full-time Probation Officer vacancy
arising in the Thunder Bay office of the Youth Services Division within the next six (6)
months, I Order that the Grievor be placed in such vacancy.
