Decision
[1] I hereby order that the Employer produce the following documents to the Union:
A copy of health care documents from SARJ and EMDC related to a use of force
incident involving an inmate on August 31, 2011.
[2] This production of documents is subject to the same conditions set out in my
earlier Order dated July 5, 2012.
