Decision
[1] I have before me a grievance filed by Ms. S. Moutoulas in which she challenges the
termination of her employment. The parties agreed that the Grievance Settlement Board has
jurisdiction to deal with this grievance.
[2] Having heard the positions of the parties from counsel on the merits of the grievance,
I hereby direct the Employer to reinstate Ms. Moutoulas to employment with the Ministry,
effective May 9, 2013. I leave it to the parties to address any outstanding issues.
[3] I remain seized of the grievance.
