Decision
[1] The instant proceeding came up for continuation on May 09, 2014. All of the evidence had
been completed with closing submissions to be heard.
[2] The union sought an adjournment of the hearing and agreed to proceed on any early date
proposed by the vice-chair. The employer opposed the request for adjournment.
[3] After considering the respective positions of the parties, their submissions and the balance of
equities, I ordered that the requested adjournment is granted on the condition that the hearing
will continue on Wednesday May 28, 2014. That order is hereby confirmed.
[4] I remain seized with the grievances.
