[2] The case convened for hearing on October 8, 2014. After discussing the grievances, which involve upwards of one hundred grievors, I decided it was necessary to make an interim order with respect to procedure in order to streamline the process and make the best use of hearing time. [3] As a result, I hereby order as follows: 1 – The union will forward letters to all of the grievors asking each to provide the union with the full particulars of the matter(s) grieved, such particulars to be provided to the union no later than January 30, 2015. If particulars are not provided by a grievor by the deadline, his or her grievance will be deemed to be withdrawn. 2 – The union will provide the employer with a report outlining the particulars of each remaining grievance no later than March 13, 2015. 3 – A conference call hearing will be scheduled for October 27, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in order to deal with the issues related to Appendix COR1. 4 – A hearing will be scheduled for June 1, 2015 to deal with issues related to Article 45.1 and any other appropriate issues that might be identified. Dated at Toronto, Ontario this 14th day of October 2014. Barry Stephens, Vice-Chair
