Decision
[1] I am seized with three grievances. These grievances came before me pursuant to the
Mediation/Arbitration Procedure contained in Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement.
[2] Upon due consideration, I grant the grievances before me.
[3] I remain seized of the grievances concerning any issues which may arise out of the
implementation of this Award.
