Decision
[1] I have before me a grievance filed on behalf of the Grievor dated January 8, 2014. The
Parties fully and finally resolved the grievance by way of Memorandum of Settlement
(“MOS”) on September 29, 2014. However, certain issues have arisen with respect to the
implementation of the MOS. These issues were addressed in a conference call held on
January 29, 2015.
[2] The Union has requested that I issue an order to the Ministry directing it to fully
implement the terms of the MOS.
[3] Having regard to the circumstances, the nature of the Union’s request and the
submissions of the Parties, I find it appropriate to order the Ministry to fully implement
the Memorandum of Settlement, under the following terms:
[4] The Ministry shall, within thirty (30) days of this order, fully implement the terms of the
MOS.
[5] The Ministry shall, within thirty (30) days of this order, ensure that the Grievor has been
provided with a new keyboard tray of her choosing.
