Decision
[1] The parties referred this grievance to mediation/arbitration in accordance with Article 22.16 of
the collective agreement.
[2] The grievance relates to a claim by the Grievor that he is owed $125.20 for travel expenses.
The Ministry has agreed to pay this amount. The Grievor has now retired from the Ontario
Public Service.
[2] The issue is now moot.
[3] The grievance is dismissed.
