Decision
[1] This matter came before me under Article 22.16 of the Collective Agreement. I
earlier issued an oral ruling at the hearing on November 12, 2015, whereby I granted
parts of the grievances, while dismissing others.
[2] I confirm that the grievances before me are now fully and finally determined.
[3] I remain seized with respect to the interpretation and implementation of my order.
