Osborne Counsel Sanderson, Laing Barristers and Solicitors ~earing: March 3, 1989 At the hearing of this m~tter, counsel for the parties informed the Board that they mutually agreed the grievors were wrongly classified. The employer acknowledged that there was presently no e~isting classification within the collective agreement that "fit" the job duties performed by .the grievors. The employer indicated that it was therefore prepared to develop a more appropriate class standard. Following discussion as to the nature of the order which should issue in the interim, and premised on the aforesaid agreement of the parties, the Board ordered: 1. The employer undertakes to develop an appropriate classification for the grievors within a reasonable ~eriod of time, pursuant to article 5.8 of the collective agreement. 2. The proceedings are adjourned sine die to be brought back before the board at the request of either party. Dated at Windsor, Ontario, thls .31sc day of March, 1989. M. V.
