Decision
[1] In the Board’s recent decision regarding the merits of this dispute, the matter of
damages was remitted to the parties to resolve. I remain seized and stated that
in the event the parties were unable to agree, a short supplemental decision
would be issued without reasons.
[2] I was reminded by counsel that this matter was heard in accordance with Article
22.16 and therefore this decision is without precedent or prejudice. After hearing
from counsel regarding damages I order that the Employer pay the Union an
amount of $3,000. The Union will determine how the monies should be
dispersed.
[3] I remain seized.
