Decision
[1] At the hearing into this matter on February 9, 2016, the board made an oral order
requiring disclosure of particular documents. The parties asked that this order be
rendered in writing. Accordingly, the board hereby issues the order as follows:
1. The employer shall disclose all arguably relevant documents
contained in WDHP File #6282-1415, regarding the WDHP
report dated June 12, 2015.
