(Grievance of Judy Archibald) (Union) - and - THE CROWN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO (Ministry of Health) -~+. (Employer) MINUTES. OF SETTLEMENT WHEREAS Judy Archibald filed a grievance dated June 17, 1988 in respect of job competition #HL20-08/88 for the position of systems operator at Brockville Psychiatric Hospital, the parties hereto agree to the full and final settlement of the grievance as follows: ., 1. The Employer_admits that the competition was flawed and as a ; consequence admits that the grievor should have been awarded the position. 2. The grievor is assigned to the position of systems operator at Brockville Psychiatric HOspital, classified at the level of Office-Administration 8 (08-OAD), retroactive to June !, 1989 at a salary of $14.32 per hour. 3. The grievor hereby withdraws her grievance. 4. This settlement will take effect when made an order of the Grievance Settlement Board, and the parties hereby consent to such an order. 5.
