2. Any inquiries to the Ministry of Labour about
the Grievor'$ employment will be rempon~ed to
in accordance with the letter attached aa
Appendix "A".
3. In consi~e~ation for the withdrawal .of the
grievance, the ~mployer agrees to pay.to the
grievor =he sum of Seven Thousand Five
Hundre~ Dollars ($7,500.00) (less applicable
deductions, if any).
4. This se=tlement to be endorsed by the
Grievance Settlemen~ Board.

APPENDIX "A"
To Whom It May Concern:
Ms. c. Treuman was employed in the Ministry of Labour
on a permanent basis in November, 1986, and prior to fha= on
continuous temporary contracts commencing in October,
Ms. Trsuman left the employ of the Minis=fy for
personal reasons in Ootober, 1988.
