AWARD
On the basis of the representations of counsel and
the agreement of the parties, we hereby order that:
(1) The Employer will not schedule the Grievor and
Mr. Christopher Boothe on the same shift on
the same ward at any time.
(2) The Nursing Department Management will
schedule three staff on the night shift on
Ward PRA as required, on the basis of patient
acuity and staff safety.
(3) This panel remains seized with any matters
arising out of the implementation of this
order.
