ORDER
In the course of the hearing the parties reached the
following agreement and requested it be issued in the form of an
Order:
AGREEMENT
The parties have agreed to adjourn this matter subject to
the following conditions:
1) The parties agree that the situation with respect
to the loss of the Perimeter Patrol is not
satisfactory from the.perspective of the Union;
2) The parties agree to schedule a series of meetings
as soon as possible to work out a mutually
acceptable solution to the Union's perception of
the problem;
The aforesaid meetings will convene not later than
90 days from the date of issue of this Order.
The Board will retain jurisdiction pending implementation
of the foregoing agreement. The matter may be brought on for
continuation of the hearing upon notice to the Registrar of the
Board from either party.
