Grievors MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATIOi~ hployer NENORANDU~ OF SKTTI, EMImT Without prejudice and without precedent, the following is agreed upon as a resolution to the above-noted grievances; '1. The employer agrees that the grievors are improperly classified as Safety Instruction Officer 2. 2. The employer agrees to find or create a proper classification for the grievors. 3. The employer agrees to prepare a timetable for the fulfillment of clause 2 above by January 15, 1991. The employer further agrees that this timetable will become part of this settlement and that it will include an undertaking to find or create a proper classification for the grievors within three months time, that is by May 1,. 1991. -2- 4. The employer agrees to pay the retroactive wages due to the grievor as a result of the re-classtf~cation back to .October 19, 1987. 5. The employer agrees to pay interest on the retroactive wages · owed to the grievors as a result of the re-classification from November 1, 1986 as per the Hallowe1 House Limite4 formula (1980) OLRB Rep. Jan. 35). 6. Upon the fulfillment of the above terms, the grievors agree to withdraw their grievances. 7. Any party may request that this Memorandum of Settlement become an Order of the Board.
