ORDER
In the course of the hea£ing the parties reached the following
settlement and requested that it be issued as an order of the
Board:
The parties agree to settle these grievances on the
following terms.
1. The letters of reprimand dated December 20, 1988,
being exhibits 3 and 4 filed before the Grievance
Settlement Board, will be withdrawn from the grievors'
employment files in the Ministry and destroyed on
December 1, 1990 and will not be used or referred to
for any purpose after that date, provided no occurance
of a similar nature has taken place involving the
grievors.
2. The two grievances are withdrawn.
3. No preceden~ attaches to this settlement.
