ORDER
The parties have succeeded in settling the grievance as reflected by a
Memorandum of Settlement.
At the request of both parties we hereby direct that the grievance be
disposed of on the basis of the Memorandum of Settlement which reads as
.~oll~ows:
The parties agree to the following terms as full and final settlement of
the above-captioned grievance and request that the Grievance Settlement
Board incorporate this Memorandum in a consent order and issue the
appropriate declarations and orders:
t. The Employer agrees that the disciplinary de-scheduling dated
June 24, 1988 will be amended to a disciplinary letter of warning
of the same date and will remain on the grievor Peter Liscio's
record for three years from June 24, 1988.
2. The Employer' agrees to accept and process the grievor Peter
Liscio's application for permanent part-time employment and
permanent full-time employment, in accordance with Article 32.4
(a) and (b) of the Collective Agreement.
3. Any issue of compensation not agreed on by the parties may be
referred to the Grievance Settlement Board.
