AWARD
These are two grievances filed by the griever Ms. Joyce
Parris. One deals with a job competition and the other
alleges dismissal without cause.
The employee who was the successful candidate in the
competition, Ms. Theresa Hirshberg was given proper notice of
this proceeding, but did not appear.
After the. opening remarks by both counsel, the parties
engaged in discussions and informed the Board that they were
able to resolve both grievances.
Accordingly, these proceedings are hereby terminated.
