The above parties agree to the adjournment of the
hearing scheduled for September 18, 1989, of the grievance of
Jeanne Wood dated March 3, 1989 on the following terms=
1. This agreement wi1! be made a decision of the Grievance
Settlement Board. ~'
2. The employer undertakes to forthwith, reinstate to the
credit of the grievor, vacation credits for the period
during which she was receiving Workers Compensation
benefits, being credits for the months of August 1987 to
September 1988 inclusive.
3. The grievor undertakes, in the event that the employer is
successful in a judicial review appl£cation of De~u.~s
1335/86 (decision dated October 3, 1988), to reimburse the
employer with respect to the vacation credits as above.
