BOARD ORDER
On consent of the parties and on a without prejudice and
without precedent basis the Board orders as follows:
1. The grievor, John Withers, shall be placed in the
position of Senior Designer Classified as
Technician 2 Municipal Engineering (Atypical) in
the Planning & Design Section of Eastern Region of
the Ministry of Transportation.
2. The grievor shall be paid' at the rate of $661.34
per week retroactive to April ], i989, which will
become his new anniversary date for purposes of
merit increases.
3. The grievor and the Union agree to withdraw the
grievance dated April 6, 1989.
