At the commencement of the hearing Counsel for the
grievor advised the Board that the grievor had failed' to
present himself at the hearing. The Board recessed awaiting
the grievor's arrival. After a considerable time counsel
advised the Board that she had been informed by the Police
that the grievor had been involved in an automobile accident
on his way to the. hearing and had been hospitalized.
in the circumstances, and on the agreement of both
parties, the Board adjourned this proceeding. This panel, of
the Board is not seized of this grievance. The Registrar is
requested to reschedule this grievance in consultation with
the parties.
