(MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES) Employer
ORDER
UPON the consent of the parties, filed, this Board
orders that:
1. The Employer will pay to the Grievor the amount of
$16,405.20 less all legally required deductions including any
monies owing to U.I.C. which the Employer will remit as required;
2. The Employer will recall the Grievor to the seasonal
LRT2 position with the fish and wildlife program at Minden in
January 1990;
3. If there is a seasonal resource technician position in
the lands program at Minden in 1990 for which the Grievor is
qualified, the Grievor shall be offered the position as a
condition of this settlement, and not as a result of any
entitlement to be recalled;

4. This grievance is withdrawn, and the Grievor shall
withdraw any other outstanding grievances he has, together with
his complaint to the Public Service Labour Relations Tribunal
(T20/89) .
