Scott, Membe[ IN THE MATTER OF A GRIEVANCE - GSB #777/89 BEFORE THE GRIEVANCE SETTLEMENT BOARD MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT BETWEEN: ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION (Rick Telfer) - and - MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION The parties agree that this grievance shall be settled on the following basis: 1. The employer shall properly reclassify the grievor within a reasonable period of time and compensate him for all lost pay and benefits retroactive to 20 days prior to the date of the grievance. 2. The Grievance Settlement Board shall retain jurisdiction with respect to the implementation of this award. 3. The parties agree that this shall be an Order of the Grievance Settlement Board.
