DECISION
These are seven individual grievances filed by the
grievor Mr. Robert L. Cheeseman. ·
Following the opening statements by counsel, the Board
recessed to facilitate the parties to assess their position.
The parties came to the agreement that the hearing of
these grievances should De deferred pending the disposition
of a related application presently before the Public Service
Labour Relations Tribunal.
In accordance with the agreement of the parties, this
proceeding is hereby adjourned sine die. This panel of the
Board is not seized of these grievances.
