McDermott EMPLOYER: Counsel Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart Storie Barristers & Solicitors HEARING: January 4th, 1990 April 30th, 1990 In consideration of the submissions of the parties, the following Order is made: 1) Effective May 1, 1990, Larry Burton, Larry Clarke and Gloria Spence will be reclassified to the position of Supported Employment Coordinator, which is classified as Rehabilitation officer 2. la) Larry Burton and Gloria Spence shall be placed, as of. May 1, 1990 at Step 2 of the Rehabilitation Officer 2 salary range. Larry Clarke shall be placed, as of May 1, 1990 at Step 4 of the Rehabilitation Officer 2 salary range. 2) It is understood and agreed that in being reclassified to the Supported Employment Coordinator's position, the grievors' undertake to perform all of the duties of the Supported Employment Coordinator's position. 3) The Employer will pay to each of Larry Burton, Wayne Chelew and Gloria Spence the sum of $1,196.80, less any deductions required by law, as a lump sum settlement payment. 4) The Employer will pay to Larry Clarke the sum of $1,176.40, less any deductions required by law, as a lump sum settlement payment. 5) It is understood and agreed that this settlement is not an admission of liability by any of the parties, and that in fact such liability is expressly denied. 6) It is understood and agreed that this settlement is intended to form a final and binding settlement of all outstanding grievances brought on behalf of Larry Burton, Larry Clarke., Wayne Chelew and Gloria Spence and that all such outstanding grievances shall be withdrawn upon implementation of the terms of the Minutes of Settlement. 7) The Board shall remain seized to resolve any problems arising in the implementation of this settlement.
