Attached hereto is an executed Memorandum of Settlement
which the parties agreed would be made an order of the Board.

MEMOPJ~NDUM OF SETTLEMENT
BETWEEN
O~TARIO PUSLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION
AND
MINISTRY OF COM~JNITY AND SOCIAL SERVICES
RE: Union Grievance
GSB# 1191/89
The Union and local management at the Muskoka Regional centre
hereto agree to the following terms as full and final resolution
of the above caption~ grievance and related issues.
1. Local management agrees that overtime for the current
unclassified switchboard operators at Muskoka Regional
Centre shall be paid in accordance with Article 3.4 (c) of
the Collective Agreement signed March 1~, 1987 during the
period of their current contract.
2. bocal management and the Union agree that local management
will pay the current unclassified switchboard operators for
any overtime worked in accordance with Article 3.4 (c)
~ffective from thirty days prior to the submission of the
grievance which is dated July 20, 1989. This payment, minus
required deductions, shall Be made within ninety (90) days
of the completed migning of this settlement.
3. Local management and the Union agree that the current.
contracts for the current unclassified switchboard
operator~ shall be rewritten to reflect teZ~m one of this
settlement for the remainde~ of the period under the current
contract and the contract shall indicate that overtime shall
be paid for work in excess of sixteen hours per week and
that the box on the contract indicating "fewer than 9 full
days in 4 consecutive weeks" shall De marked as applicable.
4. Local management and the Union agree to deem this settlement
~n Order of the Grievance Settlement Board.
5. The Union agrees to withdraw the above captioned
grievance.
