DECISION
In addition to the Grievor, two other employees were
recognized as having an interest in these proceedings and were
given notice. Mr. Ball chose not to attend. Mr. Gault attended
but chose not to participate.
After hearing most of the evidence which was to be
addressed, the Board was informed that the parties had reached an
agreement and wished to have it adopted as an order of the Board.
The memorandum of agreement in its original form is attached and
it is adopted as the order of this Board in relation to this
grievance.
