White EMPLOYER Counsel Legal Services Branch Ministry of Community & social Services HEARING: March 4, 1991 AWARD Prior to the commencement of the hearing scheduled in this matter the parties engaged in settlement discussions and executed the following minutes of settlement: Minutes of Settlement File No. 1252/89 IN THE MATTER OF A GRIEVANCE DATED SEPTEMBER 11, 1989 UNDER THE CROWN EMPLOYEES COLLECTIVE BARGAINING ACT BEFORE THE GRIEVANCE SETTLEMENT BOARD BETWEEN: OPSEU (MCDONALD) Grievor - and - THE CROWN IN THE RIGHT OF ONTARIO (Ministry of Community and Social Services) Employer MINUTES OF SETTLEMENT The parties agree ag follows: 1. The grievor's current appointment to the position of Special Agreements Officer shall be made retroactive to August 21, 1989. His salary level as of August 21, 1989 will be salary level for the second step of the CDO II salary range. 2. The union will withdraw the above cited grievance. 3. This agreement is made without precedent or prejudice. 4. These Minutes of Settlement will be made a consent order of the Grievance Settlement Board. Dated at Toronto this 4th day of March, 1991.
