On consent of the parties the Board orders the
Ministry to remove all documents in reference to its
investigation and suspension with pay of Bob LeClair in
respect of unsubstantiated allegations of theft of ice
cream and sleeping on the job on August 2, 1989 from all
Oxford Regional Centre records and files, not limited to
but including all of the Critical Incidents Committee
records.
