SUPPLEMENTARY ~W'ARD
The parties were unable to resolve certain aspects of the
compensation Owing to the Grievor. The Board orders as follows:
o 1. The Grievor to receive the sum of $110,778.00 for back.
wages, allocated as follows:
1990 - $20,947.00
1991 - $20,523.00
1992 - $49,258'.00
- 1993 - $20,050.00
2. In addition to this amount, the Grievor is' to be paid
pre-judgment interest in the sum of $14,750.00 for
interest up to the date of the award (June 25, 1993) and
$3,800.00 for post-judgment interest.
3. As the Grievor has already received a gross payment of
$117,311.00, he is still owed the sum of $12,017.00 on
account of interest. This payment is to be made by
February 15, 1994.
4. The Employer is to provide a statement of deductions to
the Grievor .for the previous payment and this upcoming
payment.

5. This panel will remain seized of two items still to be
resolved: first, whether the Employer is liable for any
increase in the Griever's taxes as a result of receiving
this money in one year rather than spread over four
years; and, second, what documents should be removed fr6m
the Griever's personnel file.
