DECISION
At the hearing in this matter the' Board was advised
that the parties had resolved the grievance on the basis of
Minutes of Settlement which are attached hereto as Appendix
A. In accordance with paragraph 4 of Appendix A, the
Minutes of Settlement are hereby issued as a decision of
the Board and the Board will remain 'seized to deal with any
difficulties that may arise in their implementation.
