A hearing was held in Toronto at which time counsel for CUPE
requested an adjournment pending the determination of certain
representation matters before the Tribunal. Counsel for OPSEU
and the representative of the employer agreed to this request and
the Board issued the following award:
"At the request of the parties this matter is adjourned
pending the determination of certain issues before the
Tribunal."
The Board, although not necessarily this panel of the Board, will
remain seized of the grievance.
