At the hearing, the parties entered into a Memorandum of
Settlement to resolve each of the ten grievances filed.
Accordingly, the Board makes the following Order:
1. The grievances filed by Joe Massa are hereby withdrawn in
accordance with terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated July
15, 1992.
