DECISION
The parties reached a settlement at the hearing.
¡ In accordance with the request by the parties the Board
hereby orders as follows:
The Employer will redraft the grievor's appraisal
dated December 12, 1989 with the following changes:
(a) redate the appraisal to read "for the period
February 1; 1989 to December 31, 1989;
..
(b) (i) Reliability of judgment: degree and comments
to be deleted;
(ii} Technical competence: amend comments to the
fOllowing "His work performance is
i
satisfactory" ;
(iii) Organizing ability: delete comments;
( iv) Communication skills; amend comments to the
following: "Errey deals efficiently with
taxpayers and other government bodies";
(v) General: amend comments to the following:
"Errey is a good employee. He demonstrated
good skills in the residential area and it is
anticipated that he will obtain the same level
as he gains further knowledge in commercial
evaluation."

In all other respects the appraisal will remain as
presently drafted, Upon implemèntation of this decision the
Union withdraws the grievance.
