ORDER
This grievance first came on for hearing before this
Panel on July 3, 1992. The Grievor did not appear, and at the
request of counsel for the Union, the grievance hearing was
adjourned. The grievance was adjourned by this Panel to a date to
be set by the Registrar and which was to be peremptory upon the
Grievor. On December 4, 1992, the date set for this hearing, the
Grievor not having appeared and no one appearing 'for the Grievor or
for the Union, this grievance was dismissed.
