HEARING June 22, 1992
BOARD ORDER
During the hearing the parties entered into an agreement resolving the
issues before them and entered into a memorandum of agreement. Pursuant to the
Agreement reached between the parties we hereby make the following order on
consent of the parties:
1.. The Union and the Grievors hereby withdraw and discontinue grievances
1119-21/91.
2. The Board hereby orders that the Employe:,r will not at any time in the future
'implement the posted May 13, 1991, shift schedule of "DEDMEDEDM" five day
regular work week at the Oxford-Putnam Detachment, unless there is a material
change in the circumstar~kes--r~q~ir-~g--the i'n~plementati6n of this schedule.
3. The Board further orders that the memorandum of settlement and Order of
the Board is without pr~udice or precedent in any further case.
