Toop EMPLOYER Staff Relations Officer Management Board of cabinet HE]tRING April 15, 1992 DECISION Upon the consent of the parties, ,this Board makes the following order, without prejudice or precedent: 1. The griever shall receive from the employer the sum of $446.80 as full and final settlement of her claim for past nicorettes expenses as prescribed but not paid for pursuant to the Supplementary Health and Hospital Plan. Future claims for nicorettes, as prescribed by a duly- qualified physician as made by this insured, shall be paid for by the Supplementary Health and Hospital Plan as contained in the collective agreement between these parties, limited only by amendment, of the relevant provisions of the collective agreement and the griever's continued employment within a bargaining unit iA the civil service as represented by OPSEU. # 3. The Board will remain'seized of jurisdiction in the event there is any difficulty implementing the award. Dated at Toronto this .5£.b day of 'May, 1992. A.
