1841/91 as recorded on the agreement.

MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT
IN THE MATTER OF A GRIEVANCE
BEFORE THE
GRIEVANCE SETTLEMENT BOARD

ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION
(Gerry Bahen - grievor)
AND
THE CROWN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO
MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION~

RE: GSB # 1840/91
In full and final settlement Of the above captioned grievance,
dated September 4, 1991, the parties agree without prejudice or
precedent to resolve the matter on the following terms:
1. The Employer shall create a new class stand~-~d~h-i~h
accurately reflects the duties and responsibilities of
the Grievor within one hundred and ~wenty days of the
execution of the Memorandum of Settlement.
2. The rate of pay in respect to the new classification
shall be determined in accordance with the Collective
Agreement.
3. The.grievor shall be reclassified to the classificat'i~n
referred to in paragraph #1 (above) effective twenty
working days prior to September 4, 1991.
4. Should any payment be made to the grievor in respect of
retroactive wages Pursuant to paragraph '#1 (above) such
payments shall bear interest calculated in accordance
with the formula as set out in the Hallowell House case.
5. The Parties agree that this settlement shall be made an
order of the Grievance Settlement Board.

6. The Grievance Settlement Board shall'retain jurisdiction
