Montrose Member GSB File No. 1519/91 IN THE MATTER OF: ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION ("the Union") and ANTHONY REBKOWEC ("the GfievOr") and THE CROWN IN RIGHT OF ONTARIO (Ministry of Transportation) ("the Employer") BEFORE THE GRIEVANCE SE'IWLEMENT BOARD MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT Whereas the Union, on behalf of the Grie. vor, filed a grievance against the Employer dated July 3, 1991 which is scheduled to be heard before the Grievance Settlement Board on July 30, 1991; And whereas the Union, Employer and Grjevor have reached a settlement of this grievance on a without predjudice or precedent basis; Now therefore, the Union, Employer and Grievor agree as follows: 1. The parties hereby request and consent to the following settlement being incorporated into an order of the Grievance Settlement Board: a. The Employer shall remove the letter of reprimand dated June 11, I991 from the Grlevor's personnel file effective July 3I, 1992 and shall not refer to the letter of reprimand in any future dealings with the Grievor, including any future discipline of the Grievor. 2. The above settlement shall constitute a full and final settlement of the above grievance and does not constitute an acknowledgement of wrongdoing by any party.
