MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT
In the Matter of a Grievance
before the
Grievance Settlement Board
BETWEEN:
ONTARIO PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION
'The Union
and
Gregory Cio
The Grlevor
&
The Crown in-Right of Ontario
(Ministry of Transportation)
In full and final settlement of the above grievance, GSB #2716/91,
the parties agree without prejudice or precedent to resolve the
matter on the following terms:
1. The Employer shall transfer Mr. Cio 'to a position in the
Ministry for which is he is qualified, which does not require
contact with the public, and which is at the same level (OAG-
8} as the position held by the Grievor at the time of the
grievance.
2. Should the presently held temporary assignment in the TOronto
District 6 Office of the Ministry result in a permanent
assignment of the Grievor at the OAG-S classification level,
the above term 1. will be deemed as having been fully met.
3. The grievor and the Union agree to withdraw the above
grievance based on these terms of settlement.
