MEMORANDUM OF SETTLEMENT
The parties hereto agree to settle the above captioned classification grievance,
dated March 12, 1992 on the following terms:
1. The Grievor's position of Regional Systems Specialist, currently classified as
~
Systems Officer 3, shall be reclassified to Systems Officer 4 effective November 16, 1990.
2. Any retroactive compensation shall bear interest at the rate of 9% per annum.
3. The rate of pay as at November 16, 1990 shall be at the first level of the
Systems Officer 4 wage band, and shall progress accordingly to the present third level.

4 The parties agree that this settlement shall be made an order of the Grievance
Settlement Board.
S The Grievance Settlement Board shall retain jurisdiction with respect to the
implementation of this award.
6. Upon fulfilment of the above terms of settlement, the Union and the Grievor
shall withdraw the grievance.
